Founders Investment Banking, LLC acted as the exclusive advisor to the shareholders of Tornado Thru Tubing Services, Inc. for the sale of the Company to Specialty Rental Tools & Supply, LLP.

THE COMPANY:

Tornado Thru Tubing Services, Inc. is an oil and gas service company specializing in the removal of obstructions in well bores via down-hole motor thru-tubing specialties. As an oilfield service provider, Tornado Thru Tubing offers the equipment, tools and personnel needed to meet the needs of clients in the oil and gas industry.

THE SOLUTION:

After achieving early success with the Company, the management team executed a recapitalization of the business by bringing in a new growth minded investor that provided them the capital to continue growing the business and realizing their vision for the opportunity.

As they successfully executed on their plans to grow the business to previously set objectives, the shareholders quickly realized that they had created an enormous amount of value in the Company and engaged our team to take the company to market. Only eighteen months after the initial recapitalization of the company, we were able to identify and select an appropriate buyer that would continue to help the Company grow, provide the shareholder base the liquidity they required on their initial investment.
