Mr. Sink is the Managing Director of Founders Investment Banking's real estate services practice. Mr. Sink formed the practice with the goal of delivering customized advisory services to owners of corporate and third party owned income-producing commercial real estate. Mr. Sink has over 17 years experience in the real estate industry, with a broad range of expertise in sale leaseback transactions, investment property brokerage and development. Before joining Founders, Mr. Sink was a partner in the commercial real estate firm Eason, Graham & Sandner, where he advised clients on industrial property brokerage, development projects and sale leaseback transactions.
Mr. Sink grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama with a concentration in real estate. He also holds a real property administrators designation (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Mr. Sink was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ) in 2001 with the Industrial Real Estate Deal of the Year and was named by the BBJ to the Top 40 under 40 class of 2004. He is a member of the Compass Bank Birmingham Young Executive Board of Directors, a Board Member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and a member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club and Birmingham Kiwanis Club. He is also a board member of BIG Time Ministries and attends Canterbury Methodist Church.
