Mr. Roberts is an Analyst with Founders Investment Banking. He has the primary responsibilities of providing transaction support, research and financial analysis to team members involved in all aspects of the firm's deal execution activities. He has been involved in a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and growth financings that span across all of Founders' areas of geographic and industry focuses.
Mr. Roberts is a native of Florence, Alabama, and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama.
