These services are centered around providing advisory and brokerage services for income producing properties, with a clear focus on alternative value and liquidity creating options such as sale leasebacks and fee-based development. For engagements in our real estate practice, Founders targets clients that meet some or all of the following criteria:
- Privately held companies (or related 3rd parties) with corporately owned real estate;
- Commercial/industrial real estate holdings with value of $1-$10+ million;
- Industrial, office, retail and institutional properties;
