Each year, Founders offers summer internship positions for rising college seniors and first year MBA students. Candidates are typically pursuing a degree with a business or accounting focus, although we welcome candidates from any academic focus that demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and possess strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills. Candidates have the opportunity to work across all of the firm’s disciplines and activities, which is an attractive way to get in-depth exposure to business in general and to investment banking specifically. The position does require a 12-week commitment.
