Mr. Bradley, an Associate with Founders Investment Banking, is responsible for facilitating deal execution across the firm. His duties include developing client valuations and marketing strategies to reach financial and strategic buyers, packaging and preparing clients for the market, and managing the due diligence process. Prior to joining Founders Investment Banking, Mr. Bradley worked at two firms based out of Nashville, TN: Petra Capital, a boutique private equity firm, and Harpeth Capital, a regional investment bank. During these experiences, he provided merger and acquisition advisory services to corporate clients, monitored portfolio companies, and evaluated potential investments among the business services, healthcare, and information technology sectors.
Mr. Bradley holds an M.B.A with a concentration in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He enjoys being active in the community, playing golf, fishing, traveling, reading, and investing.
