Mr. Myers is the Managing Director of Founders Investment Banking’s Exit Advisory Services practice and works with companies to execute growth and exit strategies. George has over twenty years of experience managing technology and software companies and extensive experience working with customers and business partners ranging in size from small start-up firms to the largest multi-national institutions. During his corporate career, George worked for an S&P 500 global software and services firm, which was one of the most acquisitive firms on Wall Street. He served as one of three executives for a $500 million division where his responsibilities included strategic planning, acquisitions, sales, marketing, and product management. He also directly managed several product companies consisting of 500 hundred employees generating over $125 million in annual revenue, the majority of which was recurring. George has an MBA with a concentration in quantitative methods and a Master's of Science in Administration and Planning and is the developer of Strategic Articulation, which is a web-based strategic visioning program for company owners, CEOs, and management teams. He is a Certified M&A Advisor, a member of the Association of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, and actively supports the entrepreneurial business community.
