Mr. Myers is a Vice President of Founders Investment Banking and has over twenty years of experience managing technology and software firms. Mr. Myers has extensive experience working with customers and business partners ranging in size from small start-up firms to the largest multi-national institutions. During his corporate career, Mr. Myers managed hundreds of employees, multiple P&Ls, and dozens of products and services generating over $125 million in recurring revenue for an S&P 500 global software and services firm. He conceived and developed several successful products, sold multi-million dollar systems, and managed sales, marketing, product management, and strategic planning functions at the division level. He was a key member of the division’s acquisition team responsible for the management, execution, and integration of acquisitions that were core to overall corporate growth. Recently, Mr. Myers founded a software services firm and a business consulting practice where he developed Strategic Articulation, a strategic marketing model for technology companies.
Mr. Myers received his M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a M.S. in Administration and Planning from the University of Tennessee.
