Dr. David Klock,
The Forum Leader

“Through the successes and challenges of running a start-up business that fortunately evolved into something much bigger, I learned that a disciplined and proactive approach to planning was imperative. Our team came to clearly understand that this extended beyond operational or financial budgeting initiatives. In particular, an understanding of how and when to access the broader capital markets to timely meet the many needs we had through our lifecycle—capital to fund growth initiatives, recapitalize our balance sheet or achieve liquidity—was an imperative part of our ability to deliver value to our shareholders.”

-David Klock, Ph.D.
