During his tenure with CompBenefits, Dr. Klock was instrumental in growing the company from $1 million to over $340 million in revenue, while also achieving industry-leading profit margins.
Under his leadership, CompBenefits tapped the capital markets to accomplish a myriad of shareholder objectives through a series of transactions, including a management buyout, numerous add-on acquisitions, an initial public offering, a “going private” recapitalization, and a strategic sale to a Fortune 100 public company.
