Mr. Farrell has over 22 years experience in the real estate industry, with a broad range of expertise ranging from traditional brokerage to ground up development. Past developments have included shopping centers, office buildings, traditional single family housing communities, industrial build-to-suits, marina development and large mixed use, master planned communities. Before joining Founders, Mr. Farrell was the President of Pinnacle Communities, L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, L.L.C., where he was personally responsible for the acquisition, entitlement and development of 6,000 acres of mixed use, master planned developments.
Mr. Farrell grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and holds a B.S. in Finance from the Auburn University. He also holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Mr. Farrell was named by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ) to the Top 40 under 40 class of 1996. He is a supporter of Young Life, Restoration Academy and Wellspring Ministries. He attends the Church of the Highlands.
