Mr. Dixon is a Vice President with Founders Investment Banking, with a particular focus on the Internet & Digital Media and Technology sectors. In this role, he has worked closely with owners of private digital media and technology-focused businesses to serve as a project leader throughout all phases of the transaction process. In addition to his role in the investment banking division of Founders, Mr. Dixon also serves as a Partner for Digital Media Holdings, LLC, an affiliated investment holding company with a focus on the digital media sector, where he leads corporate acquisitions and divestitures and oversees portfolio company performance. Mr. Dixon also serves as an Operating Partner for Deposits Online, LLC, a high-growth technology and digital media company focused in the financial services sector.
Before joining Founders, Mr. Dixon worked as an analyst in the investment banking division of McDonald Investments in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was involved in public and private buy-side and sell-side advisory, public and private business valuation and related advisory, and public equity offerings across a wide range of industries. He has also lived and worked in Beijing, China, for two years. Mr. Dixon is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated with a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is blessed to be a husband of a beautiful wife, a father of three precious children, and above all a follower of Jesus Christ.
