Mr. Darnell is an Associate with Founders Investment Banking and is primarily responsible for providing transaction support to principals engaged on a variety of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth financings and sale leasebacks. Additionally, he has a broad range of industry experience, having heavily participated on transactions in the aerospace & defense, retail, industrial manufacturing and textile industries.
Mr. Darnell is a native of Mobile, Alabama, and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama. He is a member of The Rotaract Club of Birmingham, a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Birmingham and is involved with several faith-based organizations, including Outback America and The Living Room.
