Mr. Chambless is an Associate with Founders Investment Banking serving predominately within the Real Estate Practice. He is responsible for sale leaseback analysis, assembling marketing materials, marketing properties, and executing transactions. Prior to focusing his efforts within the Real Estate Practice at Founders, Mr. Chambless provided assistance to principals in all aspects of transaction execution including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and growth financings that span across multiple industries.
Mr. Chambless is a native of Prattville, Alabama, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama. He currently serves as a volunteer with the Phoenix Club of Birmingham, the Coastal Conservation Association of Birmingham, the Birmingham Chapter of Duck’s Unlimited and Mountain Brook Athletics.
