Founders Announces New Real Estate Service Offering

Founders Investment Banking, LLC is pleased to announce the formation of our formal real estate practice, which will provide specialty real estate services and innovative liquidity options for owners and investors in corporate and investment real estate. These specialty services include sale leaseback transactions and brokerage of income producing commercial real estate. The combination of Founders Investment Banking’s services, including merger/acquisition, capital and specialty real estate advisory, creates a unique suite of offerings whose sole purpose is to create value, liquidity and growth for its clients. No other Alabama firm currently combines these specialties.

These new service offerings will be directed by Andy Sink, formerly a partner in the Eason, Graham & Sandner commercial real estate firm. Mr. Sink has been in the commercial real estate business for over fourteen years, working primarily as a broker of income producing industrial properties. Mr. Sink will be a principal in the firm along with Duane Donner, founder of the firm.
