Founders Advises on Disposition of Maplewood Ridge

Founders Investment Banking, LLC is pleased to announce that Foundation Sale Leaseback Fund I has completed the disposition of the Maplewood Ridge assisted living facility. The facility, which is located in Pelham, Alabama, will continue to be net leased and operated by Mature Options Eldercare, a provider of assisted living services to senior citizens within the state of Alabama. The buyer, a New York-based private equity group, will operate as Pelham Net Lease, LLC. Founders Investment Banking, LLC advised the seller’s manager, Foundation Fund Management, LLC, on the disposition.
