Founders Advises Guntersville Outlet, Inc. on Recapitalization

Founders Investment Banking, LLC is pleased to announce that Alpha Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has completed a successful recapitalization of Guntersville Outlet, Inc., operators of a chain of value priced specialty retail stores under the name “Factory Connection.” The original founders and existing management team will continue their leadership in the newly formed entity, Factory Connection, LLC. Founders Investment Banking acted as the exclusive sale advisor to Guntersville Outlet’s shareholders. “This transaction is a great case study for what we see as an enormous opportunity to deliver substantial value to local and regional companies by providing access to funds from the broader capital markets— especially private equity—that enable owners and executives to build shareholder value, realize personal liquidity and achieve their growth plans,” indicated Duane Donner, Managing Director of Founders Investment Banking.
