Founders hosted their spring Deep South Private Company CEO Forum at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort & Spa in Birmingham, AL this week. At this year’s spring forum was 16 companies were represented by 19 executive guests. With an insightful macroeconomic update from John Norris, lead strategist for Oakworth Capital, and a buyer’s perspective overview from James Darnell, Managing Partner at KLH Capital. The group gained some insightful market updates before digging into the M&A markets with Duane Donner and the Founders team. The discussion was followed by a casual lunch at The Clubhouse and 18 holes of golf on the renowned RTJ course located on the property.
